Update Failed

I got it to install, but am again getting an update fail message. See picture attached.

If running the desktop app as an admin does not fix that then something else on your computer is messing with the desktop app with either downloading the files or extracting them to place into the proper directory.

Well I've tried everything and nothing is working. I'll just cancel my sub, which of course just came out of my account! It's been fun and I'm rather bummed as I love this addon.

I too have started having the issue out of nowhere. I have tried multiple steps suggested by Support. No luck....

Go to settings from the drop down, go to directory, add a new installation directory, put it in your addons folder for whichever version of the game you are playing. Fixed the issue for me.
