WoW account keeps getting locked when launching from Zygor

Hello,
I can go into WoW Classic just fine through blizzard launcher...but when I use play through the Zygor launcher, i'm prompted for password and then robot checks...even if successful these keep locking my account. Is there anyway around this?

You do not need to use the Zygor app to start the game. That is just there as a convenience thing to start the game if you happen to have the Zygor app open. If you are having issues then only log in using the Blizzard launcher.
