Upgraded but not showing in download section

I purchased the horde 1-60 ages ago and just bought/upgraded the 1-85 alliance guide. It is not showing up under the download section or in the installation client. Hmm, what to do?

I was just looking through all my guide in my ZG and noticed that I did not receive the..

The Archaeology Guide Bonus and Guild Leveling Guide Bonus are almost
