The cooking recipe Smoked Desert Dumpling to get from 285-300 is wrong u may need to be a certain level to turn back time or to see the quest I went out at level 24 and was not able to turn back time or to see the quest icon

Also the info on www.wow-professions does not help and on wowhead has not had anything on page since 6.0

To get quest u may need to be level 45

You have to be level 40 for the quest and you need to be at 285+ cooking skill.
