purchasing issues

trying to buy the monthly sub. When i enter all the info the site tells me that card number, month and year are all invalid. Thy arent. I rechecked that i put all numbers in correctly. called bank, everything is ok onmy end. i can understand human error and puttin ONE number in wrong but its telling me ALL are invalid. Anyone ever had that happen on this site? how do i fix it.? i used the free trial version and REALLY want to get started with the upgraded.
