Bug: Unable to use context panel after locking waypoint arrow

As the title states. I've tested this across multiple characters. I've also tested after reinstalling Zygor and deleting all saved variables. When you lock the waypoint arrow's position, it stops the ability right-click the arrow and get the menu for current destination, travel system route and finding NPC/objects.

This was a mistake, the option to lock the arrow was only supposed to hold it in place, not disable functionality, and we're working to fix it soon.
