Stuck on "Accepted" Step

It wants me to accept a quest that is already accepted. This happens often and not sure why.

Not sure if you don't understand my issue or if you meant to reply to someone else.

It told me to accept a quest. I accepted it. It shows green that I accepted the quest but it did NOT continue the guide as it should. So now I am stuck with it wanting me to accept a quest I already accepted. This has happened before. Is there a way to fix it?

The reply was for you. In your picture not every line is green. In your picture it is on step 2 waiting for you to accept Return Lost Souls.

If you have a step where everything is green and it does not advance automatically to the next step try going into the step display section of the settings and disable the options for sync and sharing.

Yes I know I need to accept "Return Lost Souls" but I have not clue where to go as it's not updating the arrow to direct me there.
