ruffian do the above steps but skip step 3. That should get you fixed now without having to re-do the settings on your toons.

vancelot your account looks fine. Do the above steps to see if that fixes it for you.

I was in the middle of the Kyrian questline. I turned in a quest and the guide immediately went to a WoD step. I do not want to reconfigure this on all my toons again I have way too many. Please tell me there is an easy fix. This is happening quite a bit lately. Wish a permanent fix would be released. I have been using these guides for, I do not even know how many years, WoTLK maybe and never had the amount of issues that seem to be arising within last year or so

Try doing a reinstall again to see if it's fixed now. Looked like your account may have been bugged.

Well that's a bummer. I just tried re installing the Zygor client and it's still happening.

No change. Still loose the guides after WoD if I log out to change toons. I'm now getting the 'Zygor needs an update' msg that someone else mentioned in another thread.

Try doing a full guide reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

Ok, haven't seen anything in the forums about this yet, so seeing if anyone else is having this problem.

Whenever I change toons (Log out), I loose all the guides after WoD, but when I exit & restart the whole game, they are back. Any ideas?
