Zygor stopped working in Retail

While i was playing today my guides dissapeard. I have tried to reinstall for a couple times. Deleted my addonmap. But it says iam trial member. And iam a paying member for over a while now. Are there more people who have this problems now? And how can i fix this?

When you look at the desktop client what username do you see on the left side?

same as here Wnnion88 And it also says Elite under membership and active under subscription.

And i reinstalled a couple times. Problem just came out of nowhere. Worked until it stopped working and never had this problem before.}

Try doing a guide reinstall.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
3. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
4. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

Have you tested with all other addons disabled?
