Oonar's Arm Guide does not result in successful loot

Need more then 4 mushrooms, believe there are additional strength buffs to get for this.

Were you using the Battle Pet guide or the treasure POI steps? Also, the buff from those mushrooms has a very short duration so you can easily lose one of the stacks before you get to the sword if you're not fast enough and you need to have 4 stacks of the buff when you click it.
