Manual Step Control Arrows Missing and Guide not advancing

Hi,
Logged in today and the step control arrows are missing from my guide viewer and the guide isn't advancing. I've completed a quest but it doesn't seem to know it.
Here is a screenshot if that helps. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Have you tested with all other addons disabled?

Just tried it and the step controls are still missing and once loaded it seemed to reset the guide back to the beginning of the section I was in.

Try doing a full guide reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

Ok, did the reset as you described. Didn't fix it and I'm also now missing the the guide title tab text. I do see the plus symbol to added another guide tab but no tabs are showing up and no step controls.

Let's do a quick check to make sure you don't have 2 game installs. Do the first 2 steps above to delete the Zygor folder inside your Addons folder and then go back into the game again to see if the addon is gone or still there.

Ah! Not another game install but a starter account for my daughter. Deleted Zygor files and folders from both accounts and loaded the game and it was gone. Reinstalled Zygor from desktop app and loaded game with all addons disabled but Zygor. Looks like its fixed. Reloaded rest of my addons and still looks to be fixed.
