WoW UI Tooltips fail to load after Elvui 12.61 update

Has anyone seen this problem today?

Figured out the problem. Only one tab was shown in the Zygor display interface. When two were shown, WoW tooltips displayed correctly. When only one was shown, they didn't. I repeated the behavior to verify it.

That is odd. They should show correctly with only 1 tab showing. Do you have ElvUI trying to do any skinning of the guide viewer? If so try disabling that skinning. Another thing to check is to disable skinning of the tooltip popup window.
