Tabs being duplicated

This has been bugging for a while and hopefully you can find a fix.
Tabs keep being duplicated. I can land up with several in the list for the same guide. I have to keep deleting them and it's getting tedious.

First I've heard of this one. Have you tested with other addons disabled to see if it's some odd conflict causing it? Do you have a reliable way to reproduce it?

Sadly it seems sporadic which is why it's been bugging me but made me refrain from reporting it. If I do find a reliable way I let you know. Also makes testing without addons not much of an option.

I have also been seeing the same thing that xerty is. I've found no reliable way to force the behavior, but it happens whether or not any other addons are running.

I reduced mine down to 3 tabs. Any more and they create the overflow section. I have not had any duplicates doing this for the last 3 days. I'll add more tomorrow and see if it only happens when the overflow section is in use as I guess. I'm thinking that when I click on an entry in the overflow section it sometimes leaves it in that area as well as moving it to the active tabs as it should.

Okay. It's definately something to do with the overflow section.
I logged in today to find 2 "Zerith Mortis" entries.
I took screenshots yesterday and now and I can see I have gained a Zerith Mortis, and lost a Zerith Mortis Dailies.
So I tried again. I changed some tabs and took a screenshot. Closed wow down and logged back in. The tabs have changed. Took a screenshot and did the same again. This time the tabs did not change. Did same again and no tab changes. Changed tabs and did the same again. Tabs changed/duplicated again.
With this info I changed to my test char and only used Zygor with no other addons and see if I could replicate the issue.
I could.
I set up the guide with 6 tabs. Logged out (found out logging out works), logged in and they were the same. I then selected 2 of the overflow tabs to make them current and clicked on each tab. Logged out and back in and tabs had changed/duplicated.
