ZM - remove Locus Shift from travel system

IMHO Locus Shift should not be in the travel system as it requires you to farm the power to use it.

This may not be removed completely. It turns out that the Locust Shift is the only way to get to the platforms if you do not have flying.

That's definately a consideration. But they really should not be showing up when you are flying.

Please at least make this something we can turn off. It is VERY annoying to have these suggested travel routes which make zero sense once you have flying in ZM. And lets face it, it's not difficult to get flying in ZM. The number of people this is useful for is vanishingly small.
