Can't even start Forbidden

Fly to new the area and gets stuck after setting hearthstone and no longer continues. Tried on 6 different toons. If I skip ahead it doesn't work either as it's like its missing some breadcrumb quest.

Normally when you see the 3 dots for a quest name that means that quest is not in the game yet. It could be that Blizzard is waiting a week to add it or maybe they decided to just remove it and not have it in game at all. You should be able to go to the next step and keep following the guide. You said skipping ahead doesn't work. What do you see for step 20? What happens if you right click on the next step arrow?

The guides are a mess right now , you can skip that but then nothing is in order and its honestly just easier to turn the guide off at that point lol, hopefully this will be fixed shortly and not weeks from now.

Can confirm half the guide is unavailable, NPC locations are wrong or the quest it wants you to pick up doesn't exist.

I'd just wait for awhile. They're not as on top of things as they used to be. Or just do the quests without the guide and check that you got everything later.

Yah. I subbed just because the changelog said the Forbidden Reach was "beta" ... I expected some bugs, but it's totally 110% broken.

I wasted 2 or 3 keys in the vault because it had me going to the wrong place etc ... tried skipping ahead quests etc and it's just a hot mess.

I subbed, then immediately unsubbed.

We are working on this to get it updated as soon as we can. As we had noted in our News announcement yesterday there were a lot of issues with the quests on PTR which prevented us from being able to put together a decent guide this time around before it went live. https://zygorguides.com/blog/this-we...10-0-7-update/

Yeah I'm cancelling my sub. I pay to be able to have an advantage, not wait for a week for it to be fixed. You had access to the PTR for weeks. Not acceptable for something we pay $10 a month for.

Weeks later and the forbidden reach guide is still wrong. Tells you to accept quests that don't exist, there's only like 1 week left of it being current content.
