Try putting the font in your Windows font directory.

I checked the lua file under the plug-in, it seems to be the font file name
bHEI01B.TTF, it's been too long and I've forgotten, font directory C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_\Fonts

Where did you put the font files and what did you rename them to?

I chose to put in other font files and rename them to fix the problem, but the installer doesn't seem to install the appropriate font libraries to fix the problem.

Yes, that appears to be a font issue since it looks like a Chinese character. What language do you have your game client set to? Have you messed around with your default Windows fonts at all?
