Guide Viewer - Inventory Bag Interference

I'm having a problem if the Guide Viewer is open underneath the Backpack Inv. bag, sometimes it's not possible to select an item in the Backpack. It's as if one of the steps in the Zygor Quest Viewer (underneath the Bag) is somehow interfering with selecting an item in the Backpack.

Do you use any bag addons like Adibags?

Guide Viewer - Inventory Bag Interference

No bag add-ons. Here's an example where the Zygor viewer seems to be bleeding from the background into the foreground (the Backpack). The cursor is placed on the lower half of the Barov Lumberjack Caller icon. I can faintly see the highlight from the "Talk to Akrosh" line bleeding in from the Zygor viewer. If I right-click on the Barov icon in my inventory bag, I see the Step 30 dialog box from Zygor.

I disabled "load out of date AddOns" but that didn't fix it. I'll continue to research to see if there is another add-on causing this effect.

Could you please do one test and see if you still see this when all other addons have been disabled?

Hmm, on occasion I have this as well, and do have AdiBags installed. I also have about 100 other AddOns! I will try to replicate with no AddOns installed other than ZGV. I will also try to do /fstack and see what it says.

Humm, something is slightly different today. Perhaps Blizzard made a subtle change to their UI framework (who knows). Even if I disable all of my add-ons, now there is only an initial bleed-thru from a Zygor guide step to an item in the BackPack the first time I highlight the BackPack item with my cursor. After that, everything works fine - there's no bleed-thru effect.

Prior to today this 'bleed-thru' was, in some cases, always preventing me from selecting an item in the BackPack because the cursor location thought it was on a Zygor step. If you look closely at the image I posted above, you can see the highlight from the Zygor step (Talk to Akrosh/Step 30) being shown when I had my cursor over top of an item in the BackPack.

Even with all of my add-ons back on, now this effect is only appearing the first time I run the cursor over a BackPack item; so it's no longer a problem, per se.
