Problems with the guide

1. The guide is not showing a pop-up suggesting another guide, when proper requirements are met.

2. The guide is not reminding you to upgrade your gear as new items are acquired. (and yes i did reload after selecting this option)

3. The guide is not highlighting suggested gear rewards.

4. The guide is not auto-selecting and collecting quest rewards.

Yep having same problem....guide is not suggesting armor or weapons from quest rewards and such ...please correct ty

Is this only happening for you after the newest update we released, or has this been happening for you since WoD was released? Thanks.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the guide once and it did not solve the problem.

Sorry about this folks, this has been fixed in the latest version. Please update your guides.

Dec. 5th 5.0.11053 update still did not fix gear suggest problem....reloaded addon with no success.

Which gear suggestion problem didn't it fix? There were 4 different things listed in the first post.

2-4 ...no items highlighted....no suggesting from dropped items

We have been working on this. It might be linked to our other gear problems that we're working on.

Still not suggesting quest reward or recommending to equip on my newly started Human Monk as of version 5.0.11064, but I'm pretty sure it was working fine on my level 91 warrior

Sometimes going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and deleting the Zygor files in there will help but it's not a guaranteed fix. You can try this if you'd like. We are still trying to get all of the bugs worked out of the gear system.

Tried deleting the Zygor files but no joy.
I think the Heirlooms may be causing the issue as i created a new Human Monk and did a few starter quests for which it advised to equip the quest rewards but as soon as i equip my heirlooms it stops advising

If you have heirlooms on a lower level character it normally will not give any suggestions to replace that heirloom gear until you are high enough for the gear to stop growing and you to no longer gain any XP boost from the heirlooms.

Sorry i wasn't clear, i didn't mean replacing heirlooms.

1) The guide used to advise which quest reward to take either an upgrade or item that vendors for the most money - doesn't do it on my low level char anymore
2) Once a quest reward was in your bag the guide used to prompt to equip if an upgrade - again doesn't do it on my low level char even if there is no item currently equipped in that slot

Only a minor bug in what i consider to be a brilliant leveling guide :-)

Ok, yes that is something we are aware of and working on getting fixed.
