Guide Suggestions not working

This just started or I just noticed recently when working on an alt that the guides just continue until I have finished all of the quests in the area where it use to when you reached a certain level and/or experience level then it would suggest that you move to the next guide. Mine is not doing this. I have looked at all of the setting but I must be missing how to make sure this is turned on.

I am running the latest version of ZG.

If you are in MoP or WoD zones it does not suggest moving to the next zone early like in the older zones. It is especially important not to skip ahead early in the MoP zones due to how Blizzard tied all the zones together with the quests.
