auto-accept/turn-in guide quests

If I select the "auto-accept/turn-in guide quests" option it doesn't work unless I also have "All quests" selected as well.

The option will only work with accept and turn in lines on the currently displayed step. Doing the All quests option will pick up and turn in any quest even if it's not in the guide.
