Gear Advisor wrong

My Gear advisor keeps suggesting tank gear when I am dps spec, I cant seem to change this anywhere apart from the leveling spec which still changes nothing

Go into the Item Score section of the settings and change it to the 3rd spec and click the button to activate the spec. Then change to your desired dps spec and click the button again to activate that spec. Once that is done reload the UI and see if that has it sorted out for you.
