Issues with updating gold trend data

Im having issues with my gold trend data, it keeps saying that the last scan and update was (76 days ago) but i scan the AH every day, i dont have the gold section pop up on the AH and every section on the gold buying guide is empty and says there is no good gold farms.

When you scan the AH do you see messages from Zygor to say the scan is complete? You are using the scan button on the Zygor window attached to the AH window?
