Cooking 1-300 and cooking & fishing 1-300 guides incomplete

The final step in both cooking and cooking + fishing requires cooking up "Poached Sunscale Salmon." This food goes grey at 295 cooking. Can't get 300 cooking or prepare for TBC cooking skills with this guide. Recommend getting the Smoked Desert Dumplings recipe in Silithus from the "Desert Recipe" quest chain -can pick up at lvl 54 and cooking lvl 285.

Fishing for Raw Whitescale Salmon in Eastern Plaguelands and cooking it into Baked Salmon might be a better option. No quest required, the lakes are close to the flight path and it gives Guaranteed skill points until level 300. You can buy the cooking recipe for it from the vendor in Feralas at Camp Mojache.

So far, the guide Fishing (1-300) (TBC) has not been fixed. It still says to cook Poached Sunscale Salmon until reaching 300, but it goes grey at 295.

I'm not seeing the combined fishing/cooking guide for WOTLK any more. Was it removed?
