Unable to complete guides to 100%

Hey guys

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but there are a few guides that I am unable to complete to 100%
I am following the guides and the guide then suggests another guide in a new zone, but when I look and the progress bar, some say only 80% (or 80-something) complete

I try to reload the guide to see if there was something I missed, but the guides shows all green and nothing else to do in it.

If you reached the end of the guide then you can ignore that percentage. Sometimes steps like "go here" or "jump down here" will not get counted as completed properly.

The same can be said for Darkshore quests in. It still have few quests left but when you reach 17 level guide says it's finished and it still remain on 97% complete and If I have other Darkshore quests in quest log it doesn't allow me to use the guide for them. For example A Lost Master, Gyromast's Retrieval and The Absent Minded Prospector

You go back and forth to the different zones a few times. You go into Darkshore 4 times (4 different Darkshore guides) so you will get to the other quests later. For example, A Lost Master is accepted when you are there with the 12-17 guide but is not turned in until you are back there in the 21-21 guide.
