Not sure what to do next

I leveled a Dranai Paladin using the starter zone guide and proceeded to do the bloodmyst isle guide. Then I made my way to SW and grinded my way to 23 in the Stockades. Trying to get back on track with the guides but the "suggested" guide is no longer there? Tried to click the guide for my appropriate level and it told me to do some SIS required quests. I did those, and now it is telling me the guide is finished but doesn't tell me where to go or what to do next.

If the guide is finished then it should have popped up a suggestion to load the next guide in order. If it did not pop that up you can manually load the next guide in the list to continue.
