"Mission In Action" escort quest seems inefficient for leveling.

Isn't "Missing In Action" in Redridge Mountains a hard "quest" to solo? Typically you need a group for this so I'm wondering why it's suggested?

This isn't too bad to do if you are at least level 27 like you should be. Just do as the next step says which is to pull the outside groups to him. He will do a good job tanking them and taunt them, just focus your attacks on the mob he is attacking to kill them fast. He will heal up between fights so you just have to focus the mobs with him to drop them quickly. If you really don't want to do it you should be able to skip it as I don't think it's part of any quest chains.
