Yes, we plan to have guides for the classic WotLK servers.

hopefully before it comes out resetxp has a guide for 70-71 and 70-80

Any update on when these guides will be available? Pre-Patch is right around the corner.

We release the guides when the content becomes available on the live servers. Sometimes the day before but almost never earlier than that. Most of the time we release the guides while the servers are down for maintenance and the content is being added so that way people can download the new guides and have them when the servers come back up for playing.

Will there be an optimized leveling route to get fast to 80 by skipping some quests? Or will it be a "full clear" zones guide like the tbc versions?

It will be like the TBC guides. And they aren't really full zone clear guides. We do skip a lot of quests that are not needed or group quests that can't normally be done solo.
