Storm peaks guide not working

i try and select storm peaks levelling guide and it says the following :

Unable to load guide LEVELING\Northrend (69-80\The Storm Peaks (77-79) no valid steps!

whats going on with that?

I tried removing wtf files as described in another post and reinstalling zygor and got this message:
