how to get this to work with alts

I actually cancelled my subscription because of this but wanted to post here in case someone can help me figure it out. I load the rep guide for dragonscale for instance. Even though I am on my alt it is still showing me quests I can't get. Eitehr 1 time quests or things I have already completed? How do I get it to show me the rep guide for the character I am on?

yes, Also not sure if it matters but I didn't start using Zygor until after my main already completed alot of these quests. I only started using it with my alts.

does the guide need to be active when logged in with EVERY toon to determine what was completed by individual toons?

No, we just query the game server to get the completion history. My best guess is that maybe the game server is treating it like the account-wide achievements and not giving us the info for that specific toon but instead giving some account-wide history. I talked with our team and they will check on it as soon as they can however they do not currently have a max level alt to use for testing so they will need to get one leveled up first before they can check on things.
