Upgrades Available pop up frame

Is there anyway to disable the Upgrades Available frame that pops up underneath the viewer or even move it someplace else as it blocks important stuff i have on the screen in that location.

Run the desktop client so it can update the guides.

The guides are updated but still getting the popup "6 new upgrades available". This goes away when i disable gear advisor. i would like to disable the message or even move the popup to another part of my screen if possible.

If you open the Notification window and click the different upgrade suggestions you can Decline them if you don't want that gear and it will be added to the ignore list. Once you have responded to those upgrade suggestions it should clear out the notification window and then you shouldn't see that pop up anymore.
