Onyx Annulet

Is there some way to prevent the gear advisor from suggesting to replace the Onyx Annulet with some lower iLvl ring.
I think the main issue is the annulet doesn't have any secondary stats, however the primordiall stones make it far superior to any secondary stat.

There is not a way to tell the gear system to ignore a specific slot. The only thing you can do is just click on Decline on the pop-up when it suggests to replace it.
