    Pre ordered and not showing up

    I pre ordered the Gold guide but its not showing up. I updated the client like it said in the email, went to the gear icon and its not there.

    I have the same problem! I do see the goldguide in the windows application, and i can download my server but no guide in-game!

          If you see the Gold & Auctions guide in the products list of the updater and the updater settings to the WoW addons folder you should be OK and receive the guide when it goes online.

          In the screenshot I see you still have a versio 2 Zygor client, for the gold guide you need the recently released version 3 (my client updated last night, about 10 hours ago). With that client you already have the WoW gold guide settings below the three other setting sections, there you select for which server the client downloads the auction house data.

            1 p.m. EST which is 6 p.m. GMT and 7 p.m. (or 19:00) CET. So EU players have to wait about 5:20 hours. Check the countdown on the main page (substract 1 day for the preorders).
            But if it does not get released at exactly 7 p.m. please don't flood the forum, there surely are reasons like problems with the updater or server load.

              Please read the email that was sent out. We released the new client in preparation for todays early access which will go live around 1:00 p.m. EST. This was so everyone could get their realm data setup so they would be all ready to go for later today.

                If you still have client version 2.1.43 please exit the client completely and then restart it so it can update. Every now and then the client doesn't want to update itself properly and restarting the client will fix that. The current client version (that has the Gold Guide section in the settings) is 3.0.86.

                  OK, I didnt realize I had to download the client separately. I thought it would update itself. Im good now.

                    Normally the updater should update itself from the 2.x version to 3.x. At least on my system it did.
                    But you never know, every system is different and there may always go something wrong.
