I can't get my realms to import.

I get the following error message whenever I try.

Try right clicking on the Z task bar tray icon (by the date/time) and select Exit. Then use the desktop shortcut to re-start the client and see if that gets it working.

If exiting doesn't work, try deleting the models folder located in <Client Installation Directory>/data.
By default, the Client Installation Directory is C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Zygor Guides Client for windows
or /Users/<USER>/Library/Application Support/Zygor Guides Client on Mac
