Scan AH causes crash

I have recently bought the gold guide and can't wait to try it out but I have tried 3 attempts to scan the AH and it freezes up then crashes the game. plz help

Are you by chance also running the Auctioneer addon? If so there is an option for that addon that is on by default that makes it scan the AH automatically and if it tries to scan the AH at the same time you are trying to scan with Zygor it will crash the game. You can also go into the Zygor guide viewer settings and in the Inventory Management section lower the scan intensity and that should help to eliminate the crashing.

yea I have uninstalled other addons for AH seems to be fine now thx
