Mailbox issue.

I'm having trouble with the mailbox collect system.
My inbox shows I've mail to collect.

But sadly the Zygor Addon is possibly bugged and shows nothing.


Anybody else having a similar issue?

Try reinstalling the guides. If that doesn't solve the problem try disabling all other addons to test for a possible addon conflict.

I found out that it was the Pets that where causing the issue. Once I removed them manually the addon seemed to work as usual.

You mean the expired auctions for the Grumplings?

Yes. For some reason the addon would not recognize them, once I removed the gurmplings the rest of the items where detected by the addon and let me collect as usual.

Try doing a guide reinstall with the desktop client (wrench icon) and then see if the same thing happens the next time you have a pet in the mailbox. Just to make sure it wasn't some bad file.
