I did step 2 and 3, all is good now and I see a little improvement in scanning speed of the AH, coincidence? maybe... But all good now , Thanks!

Try doing step 3 in the 2nd post to see if that makes any difference on your druid. Also, does your druid use any addons that your other toons do not use?

I have this problem as well but only in one character, all others characters work fine, but somehow my druid will pop this lua error all the time.

Ah ha! I had a Saved Variables file outside of accountname file so I didn't even look in it. Seems to be ok now. Thanks for the speedy response!

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

I'm thinking you might have missed step 3 and that will definitely fix the arrow problem on the other character. Make sure you do not change the arrow skin after the reset, leave it on the default skin. If after doing this you still get the errors on this character like above then try disabling all other addons to see if you get the errors when only Zygor is enabled.

I have cleared the appropriate files. I have done Scan and Repair, Reinstalled and Unistall/Reinstall. I have another char that I can't use Zygor bc I get errors related to the pointer and I can't change the 3D pointer back to stealth, even in game using the add ons interface.
