Is there a way to see a full shopping list for the entire guide?

No, we do not have anything like that. The only way to find that would be to step thru it manually and write down all of the things you'll need.

I second this. It would be nice if the profession guides gave all the raw materials needed at the beginning. It is a serious pain to have to flip between characters and mail stuff back and forth to level a profession.
