New Subscriber - Gold Guide is blank

I bought the sub specifically to get the Gold Guide, but the in game addon just stays blank. I have followed the setup guides. Imported the trend data. Scanned the AH. The guide just remains blank.

Any suggestions?

It just says No farmable All Items were found for your level.

The displayed message is telling you that for your current settings (the drop downs at the top) it is unable to find any profitable items for you to farm at your level. I don't know what level you are but the lower the level the fewer mobs there will be for you to go farm for items to sell. And then you have to also consider how many of an item are already listed and at what price.

All of the tabs are showing zero items for me.

I am level 60, playing the end game. Figured the gold guide would be designed for end game.

And are you still set to Easy in the dropdown?
