Are you sure that gold guide does work?

Hello, so far i love your addon but i don't understand the suggestions to make "golds" in both Retail & Classic.

I do scan the auction 2-3 times per day and also on retail i update everyday the "Trend Data" everytime but if you go into Farming / Gathering / Auctions, the suggestion seems out-dated or wrong.

Consider this is the first installation ever of Zygor and i never had this addon at all since i read around that sometime it's worth removing the "old" zygor, i never have it before.

But pretty much talking as retail for example, if you go on Farming, it will tell you to farm old mats but not actual shadowland mats.

Gathering seems fine overall

Auctions instead is in both Retail & Classic completely wrong. I did some double-check by using another addon and those suggestion are not worth because these items don't have a market at all.

I also notice that the money that are shown on Auctions are not the real one ingame, so as example on Auction shown an item as "profitable" for flipping while the price inside the game is completely different. I tried to scan and update trend data but is not updating on "zygor"

Regard the issue above, as you see "cost" as example is completely different from the IN-GAME cost. So an items that has a certain cost - Profit in the real game instead is not worth it.
It say as example "Buy 50 item of this for a price of 5 gold", when you go into the auction house the item price is completely different.

I realize that this sentence "I did some double-check by using another addon and those suggestion are not worth because these items don't have a market at all" with difference of cultures might come across wrong. I am not comparing these 2 addons because i do prefer Zygor much more for everything. I would like to know why tho the suggestion are old-items that nobody is buying instead of sellable items.

You are seeing these highly risky suggestions because you have it set to Expert. And in the crafting and auctions pages in the status column they all have red dots which means it's not really a good suggestion. When you have it set to Expert you should look at all suggestions as being possible profits but most likely you won't see that profit. Set it to Easy instead of Expert and that will only show suggestions that have the best chance of getting you close to the estimated profit with less risk.

As for not having you farming Shadowlands stuff, that is most likely due to too many of them already on the AH so you wouldn't be able to sell them at the historical average prices.

Does it consider if those items will be bought from someone else?

Example: Volatile Fire, Mote of Fire, Volatile Water etc. Since it's shadowland and those are old mats, does the addon consider that are "sellable" and not just items that will last in the auction house for many many days before someone will eventually buy them?

Because on Auction section you can see how many items are getting sold pretty much daily, how do i know it about the Farming/Gathering section instead?

It tries to take into consideration the average sold per day however Blizzard does not provide any information to know if an auction expired (not sold), was cancelled (not sold), or actually sold. For example you might see 3000 linen cloth listed on the AH every day but there may only be 500 of them actually being bought every day while the other 2500 are expiring (time ran out) or being cancelled to re-list at a lower price. Because they do not provide the actual sold information all addons must come up with a way to estimate how many are actually sold daily. We show that as the demand number in the tooltips and you will notice that our demand will be a little different from TSM and what they think is sold daily. That's because there is no absolute method to know how many sold and we each have our own formulas to try to estimate that number.

When it comes to Gathering and Farming tabs I will once again say to set it from Expert back to Easy. As long as you have it on Expert it will continue to show items that have a low chance of actually being able to be sold on the AH and the only way to know which one is a good one will be thru your own personal experience and AH knowledge for your server.
