Leatherworking Error

Heya. I am not sure if this is related to leatherworking or all crafting professions, but EVERY time I create a new item this error pops up. It also happend when I simply open my leatherworking window, when I buy an item from the trade goods vendor and I have my profession window open, it pops up. Pretty much anything to do with mats at all produces an error. Hope this helps!
