quest not there

I am in talador step 6 of the quest I just turned in "at your command" and it wants me to talk to the same guy to get "an audience with the archmage" but that is not a option and when I went to the part of the zone the guide had me delete all my irrelevant quest so now I have no idea what to do ?

same thing its not showing and it also did it in gorgrond and I'm not to happy with it this time. it seems a bunch of the quest givers are not in the right spot or they are just not giving the quest

I've just hit the same spot and it looks like you need to have created the Arcane building. I chose the other one and now seem to be at a loss.

Quest " A Rediscovered Legend" in Gorgrond step 22 is not there..

I'm finding this problem a lot, guide says to accept a quest and that quest is nowhere to be found. Very, very frustrating.

Each of the barracks buildings has it's own quests in the zones. The guide viewer is supposed to be skipping the quests for buildings you do not have but it is not doing this. We are working to get this fixed as quickly as we can. Please skip any steps for quests you are unable to obtain.
