No NPC at location

There is no NPC name Crysta Fluttering at the location like what Zygor shows

We sent out an update for that zone guide that should fix things like this.

Are you using the "Threads of Fate" guides? This was fixed in the normal "Ardenweald" leveling guide. If you're not using the threads of fate guide, then you need to update.

I am trying to use the "Threads of Fate" guides becaus im 60 and just want to unlock fast. Its tsill not working and i dont want to use the "Ardenweald" leveling guide at this point

The Threads of Fate guide skips all of the story quests and those are the ones you need to do to unlock end game stuff. Use the normal guide and just don't accept quests if they don't have a shield around the exclamation mark. The shield indicates it's a story line quest.
