Not sure if this is the correct area to post this, couldn't find elsewhere.

Step 127 of Stormsong Valley guides says talk to Tess Tomalin and make Deadwash your home.

Tess Tomalin doesn't offer that option.

Am I the wrong level (currently 52) or is this an error?

She's an Innkeeper and should have that option when you talk to her. Make sure you didn't miss any steps up to this point. If everything was done it's ok to just skip that and keep going.

I also experienced this issue, I even tried it without loading the guide. It looks like a WOW issue not a problem with the guide.
