Zereth Mortis leveling guide?

cruising along in 9.2, got to step 187, says talk to Drim, (the inn keeper at Pilgrims Grace), to receive quest named "The wellspring of the First ones" but she doesn't

Same here Drim has no quest to give.

The guides are written on the PTR and sometimes there are differences between PTR and the live servers. It's possible this quest was removed or changed somehow. Looking at wowhead (https://ptr.wowhead.com/quest=65463/...the-first-ones) it does seem like there are quite a few others experiencing the same issue so it might also just be bugged at the moment. Generally what we recommend when you encounter things like this is to look around and maybe see if someone else offers it now. If you can't figure out what might have happened yourself then the next thing to try is skipping ahead to the next step for now to see if you can continue on without it. Obviously this isn't always ideal but it's the best we can do until we're able to re-run through everything ourselves on the live servers to make corrections - or until Blizzard fixes it (if it's bugged).

After speaking with our content team, that seems to be the end of the currently available campaign content, excluding that optional quest which seems bugged. There's only three chapters and optional quests accessible right now, with Blizzard trickling out more over the next few weeks. You can switch to working on other stuff like dailies, world quests and POIs while we wait for Blizzard to sort out the issue with that quest.

It seems like this quest just isn't in the game yet, so for now we've hidden it in the latest update. It's not going to affect flying really since you have to complete chapters 4-7 to unlock flying and Blizzard has only put chapters 1-3 in the game so far. We imagine as they roll out the other chapters this quest will also be added in as well.

today they included it, I am now at step 259 where it says return to overlook, but, directs me into the Catalyst pool, when I get on the spot, beside a gray pentagon shaped disk with a small particle fountain in its middle, point just off the right side, when I stand there nothing happens. On the zone map I am standing right on the orange dot, what should happen is take me to grace to continue on

Probably another stopping point until next week. Never know exactly what Blizzard will release from week to week with these patches.

That is not correct. When 9.2 first came out Blizzard was adding one chapter at a time every week for Zereth Mortis. This meant that we were releasing updates every week to add the new chapter when it was released. This is what all of the above posts are about, The different stopping points each week while everyone had to wait for Blizzard to add the next chapter to the game.

At this point in time Blizzard has added all of the Zereth Mortis chapters to the game which means we now have a complete guide for Zereth Mortis released.

It is in the Leveling > Shadowlands > Eternity's End section. You can also use the search bar at the top of the guide selection window to find it easy.
