Default leveling on 60lvl chars?

Hi,
When I log on my 60 lvl character zygor load by default WoD Garrison guide. Is there a way to disable this?

No other addons enabled. All steps from manual were done.

If you change that to a different guide and log out it changes back to the Garrison guide when you log in again?

Yes this happening all the time on chars with lvl1 garrison
