Meats to Orgrimmar Quest step missing

The Barrens 12-15 guide has you go to Orgimmar in step 10 however, the guide does not ever tell you prior to that to go to NPC Zargh to first get the quest "Meats to Orgrimmar". By getting on the flight to Orgrimmar w/o this quest accepted first there is nothing to turn in or do in Orgrimmar.

The Classic guides are getting some re-work being done to them and adding this quest to them is on the list.

Yes, but the Barrens 12-15 guide is only in Classic and TBC so I knew what he was referring to even if it was posted in the wrong section.
