I am doing the order hall quests on my druid alt so I can unlock all of the order hall followers.
Guide step #1909 very unhelpfully says to "Complete the Val'sharah leveling guide" before continuing. Per posts I've found on Wowhead, it is more like 15 specific quests that are required, which is a lot better than the 200 steps in the complete Val'sharah guide.
Doing the order hall guide this way might have been OK at initial launch of legion when everybody was going to do all the quests on their main anyway, but it's not OK now. I'd bet the majority of leveling now is alts and people are more interested in the optimized path that involves doing just the quests needed to unlock their order hall.
More generally, I feel like the guides could use an alt-focused update focusing on the most efficient path to a fully unlocked order hall and Argus zone/resources, skipping over as much else as possible.
