Unable to pick up Busting Blues and Soupocalypse Now Quests

I am at step 22 of the Forbidden Reach guide, and it says to accept Busting Blues and Soupocalypse Now! I found the quest giver but there are no quests to accept.

I do not know why those quests are not available when they should be. I can only suggest reaching out to Blizzard to ask them if there is some hidden prerequisite that no one knows about.

Please fix the guide Forbidden Reach. The quest Busting Blues isn't available at step 22.
Telling us to "ask Blizzard" for the prereq, I am paying money so I don't have to. I am having a hard time with the admins in the forums for being rude and dismissive.

I'm in the same boat, not acceptable for me, I suggest you remove them from the guide to avoid confusion while you figure it out

Same here, this is not correct. Saying ask blizzard is not the way to go for your paying costumers. Using this to avoid having to check prereq and some other things...
