Allied Races unlock help

i have a brought a level 60 boost for a alliance char so that i can unlock Allied Races. but i cant use the zygor for that as there is so much i need to to achivment ect can anyone help out what to do? i have unlock lightforged draenei void elf. the kul tiran im stuck at boralus :S plz help

Make sure you go hit max level first. I believe some stuff is locked between 60 and 70.
