Step 4 shows the follow 2 times in the window:
Accept 'The Hand of Fate'

Step 4 does not auto accept the quest.
After I have manually accepted the quest I have to manually advance the zygor guide 2 steps.

Navigation for step 6 tells me to go to Stormwind and click the Portal to Hyjal.
Instead, it should tell me to go to Stormwind and go to the Stormwind Harbor.

Not sure when it happened but it looks like right now the Horde versions of that quest are in the Alliance guide. I'll get that on our list to get it fixed.

Sometimes when things go on the list they do not get fixed immediately. I have checked and it's still on the list to be fixed so it hasn't been totally forgotten about.

So what is the solution for those of us that need to complete this guide?

It is just the first couple of quests in that guide that are the Horde versions. For Alliance the quest name to start it all is the exact same, The Hand of Fate. You can get that from Archmage Khadgar in the Broken Isles version of Dalaran. The quests aren't too complicated and it's only the first 2 or 3 quests that are the Horde version. You should be able to manually follow along in the guide viewer to see when it will start picking up and going with the rest of the quests.

I've spent days trying to figure out how to get into this questline. I'm in it now, quite by accident, but wanted to remind you this hasn't been fixed.

I know the team has been working hard to polish the addon for the release of Shadowlands, leaving little time to address other matters. I'm sure they will look into this and get it fixed shortly after the release of Shadowlands.
